*Due to costs incurred in preparation of all events which cannot be recovered , including but not limited to employee time and labor, emails, phone calls, inventory research, and materials, we have a 48hr cancellation policy and no refunds will be issued with less than 48hr notice from all customers.  A 15% cancellation fee will  be charged for all orders cancelled prior to 48hrs and is at the sole discretion of NYC Balloons management. 

In addition no refunds will be given for orders arriving late. Due to the complexities of navigating through a major metropolitan city. NYC Balloons and its employees will not be held responsible for orders arriving late due to street closures, police activity, emergency shutdowns, heavy traffic, mass transit shutdowns or any other traffic related issues not within our control
