What types of events do you cater to?

 

NYC Balloons specializes in decorations for a wide range of events, including corporate functions, private parties, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. No event is too big or too small for us.

 

How long will balloons float?

Latex balloons will float for 15-24 hrs. however, a special gel called "HI-Float" can be added to a latex balloon increasing its float time to 2-3 days.  Foil balloons will float for 5-7days with no special treatment needed.

Can I customize my balloon decorations?

 

Absolutely! We offer customized balloon decorations to match your event's theme, color scheme, and style. Our team works closely with you to bring your vision to life.

 

How far in advance should I book your services?

 

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or during busy seasons. However, we always strive to accommodate last-minute requests based on our availability.

 

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

 

Yes, we provide both delivery and professional setup services. Our team ensures that your balloon decorations are perfectly arranged and secure for your event.

 

Can NYC Balloons handle outdoor events?

 

Yes, we have extensive experience in decorating outdoor events. We take into consideration weather conditions and venue specifics to ensure the durability and stability of your balloon decorations.

 

What safety measures do you take?

 

Safety is a top priority for us. We adhere to strict safety standards, including secure installation and the use of high-quality, non-toxic materials. Our team is trained to ensure that all decorations are safe and secure.

 

How do I get a quote for my event?

Do you provide services for last-minute events?

 

While we encourage early bookings, we understand that last-minute needs arise. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on our current schedule and availability.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

 

At NYC Balloons, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the costs we incur in the preparation of events, which include employee labor, communications, inventory research, and materials, our cancellation policy is as follows:

 

  • All orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled event date. This fee covers non-recoverable expenses and is necessary to compensate for the preparations already made for your event.

 

  • Orders canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for any refund. This policy is in place due to the immediate resource allocation and scheduling adjustments that occur close to the event date.

 

  • The imposition of the 50% cancellation fee for orders canceled before the 48-hour cutoff is at the sole discretion of NYC Balloons management and is designed to be fair while accounting for the work already invested in your event.

 

Additionally, please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for orders that arrive late. Given the unpredictability of navigating a major metropolitan area like New York City, factors such as street closures, police activity, emergency situations, heavy traffic, and mass transit disruptions can affect delivery times. These factors are beyond our control, and NYC Balloons and its employees cannot be held liable for delays caused by such external circumstances.
