Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help. However, to keep things fair for everyone, we do have a few rules around cancellations:


  • 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 48 hours before your event. Because we start preparing for your event well in advance, cancellations made before this period will incur a 50% fee to cover some of our non-recoverable costs like staff time, communications, and materials.


  • Less Than 48 Hours: We're unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. This is because by this time, we've already committed resources specifically for your order.


  • Late Arrivals: Delivering in a bustling city like ours comes with its challenges, such as unexpected traffic, police activity, or street closures. While we always strive for punctuality, we can't offer refunds for delays caused by such unforeseeable circumstances which are out of our control.
